Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using auditgit.com and the ISA (Intelligent Security Auditor) platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

ISA (Intelligent Security Auditor) is a self-hosted, container-based security scanning solution that provides:

  • Automated vulnerability detection and analysis
  • Multi-language security scanning
  • Compliance reporting and SBOM generation
  • Git repository integration and branch scanning
  • Real-time monitoring and dashboards
  • ISO-compliant PDF reports

Self-Hosted Architecture: ISA runs entirely on your infrastructure. We provide the software; you control the deployment, data, and access.

Acceptable Use

You Agree To:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Use the Service in accordance with our documentation
  • Report security vulnerabilities responsibly

You Agree NOT To:

  • Access or attempt to access systems or data without authorization
  • Use the Service to scan repositories you do not own or have permission to scan
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Remove or obscure any proprietary notices
  • Use the Service to violate any third-party rights
  • Upload malicious code or conduct security attacks
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Account Registration and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Administrator accounts require mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA)
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Data and Privacy

  • Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy
  • You retain full ownership and control of your code repositories and data
  • All data remains on your self-hosted installation - we have no access to it
  • Repository code is not persistently stored (zero-persistence model)
  • You are responsible for the security of your installation, SSH keys, and credentials

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, and interfaces, is owned by IntellisoftAlpin eG and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights

You retain all rights to your source code and repositories. The self-hosted nature of ISA means your code never leaves your infrastructure.

Service Availability and Modifications

  • We provide software updates and security patches
  • We may modify features or functionality with advance notice
  • Support availability depends on your subscription tier
  • We reserve the right to impose usage limits per license terms

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of security scan results
  • Warranties that the Service will detect all vulnerabilities

You acknowledge that:

  • Security scanning is not a substitute for comprehensive security practices
  • The Service may produce false positives or false negatives
  • You are responsible for verifying scan results and implementing fixes
  • The Service depends on third-party databases and tools that may have limitations

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • IntellisoftAlpin eG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for damages arising from security breaches, data loss, or vulnerabilities in your code
  • We are not liable for third-party actions or services

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IntellisoftAlpin eG, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your use or misuse of the Service
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your code repositories or data processed by your ISA installation

Compliance and Export Controls

  • You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations
  • You will not use the Service in countries subject to embargo or trade sanctions
  • You will not provide access to the Service to individuals or entities on restricted party lists

Termination

  • You may terminate your subscription at any time by contacting us
  • We may suspend or terminate your license for violations of these Terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases
  • Your self-hosted data remains under your control after termination
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Liechtenstein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.

Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property disputes or violations of confidentiality obligations.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting the updated Terms with a new “Last Updated” date
  • Sending email notifications to registered users

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IntellisoftAlpin eG regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and valid subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Service on your infrastructure for your internal business purposes.
